This program consists of teaching yoga asanas and breathing practises through play way method, story telling method, mantra chanting, introduction to yogic philosophy through games.
It helps kids to improve physical and mental health, build self discipline and confidence, increase awareness and improve concentration. It helps to build mindfulness and emotional intelligence.
Kids yoga program is ideal for children between the ages 6-14. It is encouraged that parents be actively involved in the kids yoga classes.
