
Postnatal Yoga program
Changes in woman after a child birth begins immediately after the child birth. This is one of the most critical and also often neglected phase in mom’s life. The aim of this program is to promote the physical well being of the mother and baby, ensure that psychological changes are occurring normally.
This program is intended to help the new mothers to tone the muscles which are stretched during pregnancy and labour, to avoid obesity, to educate about correct posture, to prevent back ache, to prevent genital prolapse and to prevent stress, incontinence of urine.
Postnatal program uses movement, balance and relaxation to recover from pregnancy and birth, heal the body and mind, strengthen the deep abdominal muscles, relieves stiffness in shoulder, neck and upper back, tone and strengthen the pelvic floor muscles and reduce anxiety and depression.
